Terms of service

1. The service

Connect & Cherish gives participating churches configurable digital spaces for member engagement, celebrations, greetings, testimonies, visitor follow-up, and related community administration. One account may belong to multiple church tenants, but each church controls its own membership and roles.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. A church may add, change, suspend, or remove your role within its own tenant.

3. Church responsibilities

Church administrators are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information they add, the permissions they grant, their communications with members and visitors, and any consent required for information about minors or other individuals. A church must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Badexy Technologies a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you and the relevant church. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or disclose.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Connect & Cherish to:

• Violate law, privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate another person.
• Distribute malware, probe security, evade access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
• Publish content that is fraudulent, obscene, hateful, or otherwise harmful.

6. Community content and safety

We have zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful content or conduct. Testimonies and greetings may be reviewed before publication, withheld, or removed by the relevant church team or Badexy Technologies. Use the in-app Report action or email support@badexytechnologies.com to report content or behavior. We will review reports and may remove content, restrict a membership, suspend an account, or contact appropriate authorities where necessary.

Our published child-safety standards explicitly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, explain how to report suspected violations, and describe how Connect & Cherish responds.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. We may update, replace, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance when needed. Material changes affecting paid church plans will be handled according to the applicable church agreement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address security risks, non-payment, unlawful activity, harm to others, or a material breach of these terms. Members may stop using the service at any time and can initiate account deletion in the mobile app or through the published account-deletion process.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Connect & Cherish is a communication and community-management tool; it does not provide medical, legal, financial, safeguarding, or emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, Badexy Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for content and decisions controlled by a participating church.
