Privacy policy

1. Who controls your information

Badexy Technologies, LLC operates the Connect & Cherish platform. Each participating church manages its own tenant and is responsible for the member, visitor, celebration, greeting, testimony, and administrative information it adds or approves. Questions about a church’s records should first be directed to that church. Platform questions can be sent to support@badexytechnologies.com.

2. Information we process

• Account information, including your email address and securely hashed password.
• Church memberships, tenant roles, and your remembered or selected church.
• Community content, such as testimonies, greetings, birthdays, anniversaries, visitor follow-up details, and message templates supplied by you or an authorized church team.
• Security and service data, including session tokens, sign-in attempts, IP address, and basic device or request information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Messages you send to a church or to product support.

The current mobile app does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library access. It does not contain advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

3. Why we process it

We process information to authenticate accounts, connect members with the correct church tenants, provide celebrations and community features, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who can receive it

Information may be visible to authorized administrators and members of the relevant church according to their roles and that church’s settings. We may also use contracted hosting, database, email, security, and infrastructure providers that process information only to deliver the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, churches, Badexy Technologies, or the public.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account, church membership, or tenant remains active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, backup, and service-integrity purposes. You can ask your church to correct or remove church-managed records. You can permanently delete your account from the mobile app under You → Account controls, or follow our public account-deletion instructions. We may retain limited records where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and abuse.

6. Security and account protection

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, tenant-scoped authorization, password hashing, and secure device storage for session credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so users should protect their passwords and report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Children

Connect & Cherish is provided to churches and is not independently directed to children under 13. Churches are responsible for obtaining any consent required before adding or publishing information about minors. A parent or guardian can contact the relevant church or product support about a minor’s information.

8. International processing

Churches and members may use the service from different countries. Information may be processed where Badexy Technologies and its service providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

9. Changes and contact
