Child safety standards
Connect & Cherish and Badexy Technologies, LLC prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation across every church community on the platform.
Last updated August 27, 2026
1. Our standard
Connect & Cherish has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users and participating churches must not create, request, upload, publish, distribute, store, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct includes grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking a child for sexual purposes, sexualizing a minor, soliciting sexual material involving a minor, or helping another person obtain or distribute CSAM. Attempted conduct is prohibited as well as completed conduct.
2. Prevention and moderation
Public testimonies and greetings are held for review by an authorized church team before publication. Tenant-scoped roles restrict who may approve or remove content. Badexy Technologies and church moderators may reject or remove content, restrict a membership, or suspend an account when safety rules are breached.
3. Reporting concerns
Every public testimony and greeting in the mobile app includes an in-app Report action. Reports enter the relevant church's moderation queue for review. Users may also report a concern through product support or email support@badexytechnologies.com. Include the church name and enough information to identify the content, but do not copy or forward suspected CSAM.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
4. How we respond
When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we review the report promptly, remove or disable access to violating material, take appropriate account or tenant action, preserve information where legally required, and cooperate with lawful investigations. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law.
5. Legal compliance
Connect & Cherish complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Participating churches are also responsible for lawful safeguarding practices, obtaining required consent before adding or publishing information about minors, and escalating suspected abuse to the appropriate authorities.
6. Child-safety point of contact
Google Play or an appropriate authority may contact Femi Adefaka, Badexy Technologies, LLC, at faka@badexytechnologies.com about Connect & Cherish child-safety enforcement, review procedures, or urgent CSAE concerns.
