Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Connect & Cherish account from the mobile app or request help from product support.

Delete in the mobile app
- Open Connect & Cherish and sign in.
- Select the You tab.
- Under Account controls, choose Delete my account.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete permanently.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the account, authentication sessions, profiles, church memberships, and member-created greetings or testimonies associated with it. This action cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or contained temporarily in protected backups that expire on their normal cycle.
Request assistance
If you cannot access the app, email support@badexytechnologies.com from the address connected to your account. Put “Delete my Connect & Cherish account” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
A church administrator can remove your membership from that church, but only the account holder or Badexy product support can delete the global account. See our privacy policy for more information.
